The organization of the spaces is set on a horizontal axis corresponding to the position of the condominium sewerage column which requires an equipped wall along which the drains of the two bathrooms and the kitchen can pass through without slope problems. This divides the master area (bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom) from the rest of the house represented by the living room \/ kitchen, the bathroom and the child’s bedroom.<\/p>\n
The living room is underlined by a false ceiling with a false beam housing the spotlights and the concealed air conditioner panel. The master bedroom is complemented by a walk-in closet in communication with the bathroom while the child’s bedroom is next to the full service bathroom with all facilities including a large shower.
