a ristrutturazione riguarda un appartamento in una casa d\u2019epoca. L\u2019esigenza \u00e8 quella di creare uno spazio living molto ampio e una zona notte separata – come nelle abitazioni contemporanee – tramite l\u2019inversione della camera da letto con la cucina collocate ai due estremi della casa.<\/p>\n
La sfida \u00e8 di farlo mantenendo inalterate le murature e le finiture esistenti che risalgono ai primi anni del \u2019900 e che hanno un fascino particolare.<\/p>\n
Il\u00a0risultato \u00e8 un ambiente living ampio (due stanze accorpate) in cui la cucina minimale su misura diventa un elemento di arredo che si armonizza con il contesto e il quadro “the birth of venus” dell’artista Tomoko Nagao.<\/span><\/p>\n L\u2019ambiente, inoltre, pu\u00f2 essere diviso parzialmente o interamente da pannelli mobili a seconda delle esigenze (ad esempio avere una camera in pi\u00f9 per gli ospiti). Nella nuova camera da letto \u00e8 stato creato un piccolo bagno sottolineato dalla diversa pavimentazione ( in resina cementizia) completo di doccia e chiuso da una porta trasparente per non limitare visivamente le dimensioni degli ambienti.\u00a0Il lavabo freestanding, dal design molto semplice che richiama l\u2019arredo di un mobile consolle, \u00e8 stato posizionato in prossimit\u00e0 della
